Last episode we talked about what GYSTING is and I introduced you to this new series, in this post we’ll officially begin the series and go over how you can GYST. WELCOME TO episode 1!From Episode 0 you learned that when we GYST “we must work to improve the conditions of the neglected aspects of our lives, not to the point of over-obsession, but to the point where we can effectively manage it and be conscious of caring for ourselves in the process.” Yeah..I know, you’re here because you want to know how to get your life together. Or because you randomly stumbled across this post. (But I’m guessing you read the last post and want to know how to GYST too because, frankly, who doesn’t?). But here we are at the beginning of this series and you know nothing on how to GYST. So, in this post I’ll be going over just that. Before we begin, the first thing you should know is that you’re going to have to do a lot of things. I repeat A LOT OF THINGS. This process of change will only work as well as you are willing it to. And so I am urging that you, like I will be, push yourself as much as you can to get the best results possible. So we know exactly what GYSTING is, but how do we do it? Like, Kalyn Nicholson, I have divided GYSTING into 5 major/basic categories. Of course this will not be specific to anyone (but if you are looking for a detailed guide...be sure to stick around for Episode 2: How I GYST). The GYST process is like a cliff. We move from the smaller tasks to bigger ones and we end the day with smaller tasks dedicated to self care. So that by the end of a GYST day you have been productive and have made time for some self love, which is the most important thing one can do. Because in order to successfully GYST we must maintain our MENTAL and PHYSICAL health intact. The 5 parts of the GYST schedule include
[workseet available] So that's it for today's post!
Stick around for Episodes 2 and 3 where I will publish a full guide to how I am GYSTING while also providing you with your own GYSTING checklists. So be sure to stick around and check them out! And as always, be sure to comment anything. How’s the series going? And how do YOU plan to get your life together during this spring cleaning time of year. How can I make this process easier for you? Make sure to voice any concerns down below! Until then I’ll be always smiling and beyoutiful,
